Islamic Innovators and Venture Builders Immersion

In this module, students will form project teams to develop and refine business ideas, progressing from the initial concept to a comprehensive and actionable business plan. The course is structured to teach students how to work collaboratively, use creativity techniques, and apply problem-solving skills in a real-world context. Throughout the module, students will focus on key aspects of business planning, including Proof of Concept, Learning from Entrepreneurs, Understanding Sources of Funding, Competition Benchmarking, and Value Chain Analysis. By the end of the course, students will have gained the ability to design a sustainable and Shariah-compliant business model that addresses real market needs, aligning with both ethical and sustainable entrepreneurial practices.

Outcomes

    Develop method to manage the ambiguities inherent in the entrepreneurial experience and the entrepreneurial process.

    Benchmark business performance to the best practices in the industry.

  • 03

    Map the group’s value chain, identifying critical paths, timing issues, logistics, technological requirements, suppliers and operational challenges and risks.
